Gateway Academy Drainage Plan

Equinox Engineering provided civil consulting services for this project that provided a drainage plan calculated to allow for a modifications to the impervious surface areas of the project site.  Due to limited on site storage capacity an site cistern storage vault was utilized in conjunction with the natural in-situ percolation rates to provide the necessary storage and detention capacity to meet the local ordinances.
